Job Description
Outsource Global Technologies seeks a remote, full-time Call Center Doctor to evaluate patient complaints, authorize tests and referrals, advise call center agents, and coordinate care with nurses, laboratories, and hospitals in accordance with HMO guidelines. The physician will maintain accurate clinical documentation, conduct timely follow-ups, and ensure adherence to established protocols while using remote digital tools.
- Qualifications: MBBS or equivalent and a valid MDCN license
- Experience: Minimum 1 year clinical practice and HMO coordination
- Skills: Strong communication, sound clinical judgment, and proficiency with telemedicine platforms
- Salary: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month
