Job Description
BT & Hays Consulting seeks an experienced Document Control Management Trainer to design and deliver a professional curriculum for engineering, construction, manufacturing, and oil & gas. The course will address the document lifecycle, version control, metadata and naming standards, transmittals/submittals, workflows, ISO compliance and audit practices, and EDMS platforms (Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, Asite).
- Develop real project templates (MDRs, procedures, transmittal sheets, submission logs) and hands-on EPC construction exercises.
- Requirements: 3–5 years as a Document Controller in engineering/construction, proficiency in at least one major EDMS, strong document management knowledge and organizational skills.
