Job Description

Pretoria Prints seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative with at least two years of proven experience. Responsibilities include reviewing customer orders and transactions, resolving issues, receiving orders and processing payments, monitoring customer satisfaction, managing social media and creating content, and communicating with customers in person, by phone, and online. Candidates must demonstrate effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Office: Palmgroove. Preference will be given to applicants from Shomolu, Yaba, Mushin, or Maryland. Salary: N150,00 per month.
