We are seeking a Hotel Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences. This full-time position demands strong leadership and operational coordination across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.

• Qualifications: HND or BS in Hospitality Management or related field; NYSC certificate; minimum 2 years supervisory hotel experience (front desk or operations preferred).
• Key responsibilities: Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams; monitor check-in/check-out, room readiness, and inventory; resolve guest issues promptly; prepare daily occupancy, revenue, and operational reports; ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards.
