Job Description
We seek a Credit & Risk Operations Specialist to manage the credit lifecycle, monitor portfolio risk, process loan documentation, and ensure compliance with policies and SLAs.
- Manage credit origination and servicing, analyze credit data, reconcile accounts, and support dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with risk modeling teams and utilize risk systems to identify and mitigate exposures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting while working under pressure across cross-functional teams.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; 2+ years in credit operations or risk; strong analytical skills, attention to detail, advanced Excel proficiency, familiarity with risk platforms, and clear communication.
