Job Description

Class Suites Hotels & Apartments is recruiting a full-time Maintenance Officer based in Ikeja, Lagos, to support our Lagos and airport-area properties. The successful candidate will manage preventive maintenance and inspections of air conditioning systems, generators, and pumps; diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC issues; and perform carpentry, painting and general upkeep. Responsibilities also include responding to guest and staff maintenance requests, monitoring fire alarms and safety compliance, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating contractors, maintaining maintenance logs, and reporting major equipment needs.

• Qualifications: SSCE and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
