Job Description
We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Officer to design, administer, and enhance salary structures and employee benefit programs, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, manage benefits administration, coordinate payroll, and update compensation policies.
- Prepare compensation analytics and regular reports to inform leadership decisions.
- Work closely with HR and finance to maintain accurate, compliant systems and processes.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, or a related field; minimum two years’ experience in compensation and benefits; strong analytical skills; knowledge of labor law and payroll systems.
