Job Description

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Summary
The lawyer will prepare proper legal citation and statutory interpretation and maintain accurate case files, notes, and reports. They will work closely with team members to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case that goes to trial.
Responsibilities
- Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
- Schedule and conduct depositions of witnesses and experts.
- Research legal concepts, case law, judicial opinions, statutes, and regulations.
- Negotiate cases to meet the needs of the firm and the client.
- Ensure all parties are carrying out their court order sentence and paying the necessary fines.
- Write legal documents such as contracts, lawsuits, deeds, wills, and appeals.
Requirements
- BSC in Law.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of strong experience in real estate law.
- Industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
Salary
- N250,00- N350,00 Monthly.
