Job Description

Skillworks seeks an experienced Administrative and Customer Relations Manager to oversee student and client interactions, coordinate onboarding, and improve internal communication. You will serve as the primary contact for inquiries; build and maintain strong learner relationships; coordinate schedules and meetings; keep accurate documentation and interaction logs; prepare reports; and collaborate with admissions, marketing, and training teams.

  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in customer-facing or administrative roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities, ability to multitask under pressure, customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Position: Full-time, based in Port Harcourt. Salary ₦80,00–₦150,00 per month.
