We are seeking a reliable Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level daily support to a senior executive. Key duties include calendar and travel management, preparing correspondence and reports, coordinating meetings, running errands, and liaising with clients and vendors while safeguarding confidential information.

• Strong communication, time management, problem-solving skills, and discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic bookkeeping, and travel coordination
• Minimum two years’ experience supporting executives preferred; flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented candidates encouraged to apply
