Job Description
SmartCity PLC seeks energetic, target-driven Sales Officers to join our Lagos team. This full-time role involves selling residential and investment properties across Lagos, Ibadan, and Osogbo. Responsibilities include prospecting and converting leads, conducting site inspections, maintaining accurate client records, and achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
Candidates must hold an OND, HND, or B.Sc and possess 7–13 years of proven real estate sales experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, in-depth knowledge of the regional market, resilience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure are required. Daily reporting to the Sales Supervisor and active participation in promotional campaigns are expected.
