We are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily production, uphold quality control, and ensure timely delivery. You will coordinate teams, monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, and assist with scheduling, budgeting, and vendor relations. Responsibilities include reporting performance metrics, training staff, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance, and acting for the Operations Manager as needed.

• Qualifications: 3+ years in operations or logistics, strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Technical: Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
