Job Description
We seek a PED Workshop Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, supervise technicians, and ensure reliable equipment maintenance. The role enforces safety and regulatory compliance, manages inventory and spare parts, schedules repairs, and coordinates with engineering and suppliers to meet production goals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of workshop or maintenance management experience, a technical background in mechanical or electrical systems, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with safety standards and quality control.
