Job Description

We are seeking a MEL & Research Manager to lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities and to manage research projects. The role requires designing MEL frameworks, developing indicators, overseeing rigorous data collection and analysis, producing evidence-based reports, and promoting adaptive program learning.

• Supervise staff and coordinate with partners and donors; ensure data quality and present findings to stakeholders.
• Manage research from design through dissemination, ensuring methodological rigor and practical relevance.

Qualifications: 5+ years in MEL or research, advanced degree in social sciences, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, proven experience with R, Stata, or SPSS, excellent report writing, and demonstrated leadership ability.
