One Step Ahead seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in Abuja. The manager will ensure outstanding guest experiences, supervise front- and back-of-house teams, enforce SOPs and safety protocols, and resolve customer issues promptly. Responsibilities include controlling food and labor costs, managing inventory and supplier relationships, and producing accurate cash handling and financial reports.

• Minimum 3 years’ restaurant/hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership, financial discipline, and ability to perform under pressure across multiple shifts
• Full-time role; must reliably commute to or relocate to Abuja
