Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Supermarket Manager to support daily store operations, lead staff effectively, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining merchandising and safety standards.
- Oversee shifts, train and coach team members, and address customer concerns promptly.
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment, assist with scheduling and basic payroll, and ensure POS accuracy.
- Implement loss-prevention procedures and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, basic math and POS knowledge, proven problem-solving ability, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. High school diploma required; retail management coursework or a degree is preferred.
