Job Description
Crumbs & Co Confectionaries is seeking a full-time Front Desk Customer Service Representative to deliver professional and courteous reception services. The ideal candidate will warmly welcome guests, manage inquiries and reservations, maintain a tidy reception area, and support daily store operations.
- Required attributes: welcoming, accommodating, humble, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Key duties: greeting visitors, answering questions, handling bookings, and assisting with routine store tasks
