Job Description
Prixair Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee comprehensive hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. The role requires leadership of front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and security teams; recruitment, training, and staff scheduling; budget, inventory, and financial performance management; enforcement of health, safety, and regulatory compliance; resolution of escalated guest issues; review of daily reports and KPIs; and supplier coordination.
- Qualifications: relevant degree or hospitality certification; prior hotel management experience preferred
- Competencies: strong leadership, people management, budgeting and reporting, excellent communication and customer service, and proven problem-solving
Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦120,00–₦200,00 per month.
