Job Description
Firewood Rice Nigeria seeks a full-time Intercontinental Chef to lead daily food production and oversee kitchen operations. You will supervise and train cooks, maintain efficient workflows, ensure proper equipment use, and keep a clean, organized workspace. Key duties include testing and refining recipes for consistent quality, enforcing strict food safety and hygiene standards, performing regular quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes, controlling inventory to minimize waste, and managing the kitchen budget. The role requires staying current with industry trends and integrating innovative culinary techniques to improve consistency and efficiency. Salary: ₦150,00–₦200,00 per month.
