We are seeking a Finance Lead to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cash-flow management. You will manage the month-end close, evaluate financial performance, and establish controls that enable strategic decisions and sustainable growth.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years of leadership experience in finance, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent communication.
• Preferred: CPA or CMA certification.
• Attributes: proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to work across functions to drive financial discipline.
