Job Description
We are seeking a professional Restaurant Floor Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations, enhance guest service, and maintain high dining standards. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring servers, creating and managing staff schedules, coordinating reservations, promptly resolving guest concerns, and ensuring compliance with quality, health, and safety protocols.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, professional demeanor, and ability to perform under pressure
