Job Description
We seek a senior Drilling and Well Intervention Subsea Advisor II to provide technical leadership for subsea drilling and intervention activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient offshore execution.
- Advise on well design, barrier management, and well control practices.
- Oversee intervention planning, equipment selection, and contingency preparation.
- Review procedures, risk assessments, and coordinate with Operations, HSE, and contractors.
- Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement.
- Qualifications: BSc in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Drilling Engineering (or equivalent), 8+ years subsea drilling/intervention experience, thorough knowledge of BOPs, riser systems, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
