Job Description
Scimitar Global Services Limited (Chevron, Lekki) is seeking a proactive Customer Engagement and Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role. Compensation: ₦200,00/month.
Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, email, chat and social media; handling inquiries; building relationships; identifying and converting leads; upselling and cross-selling; using CRM to track interactions; and supporting onboarding, retention and issue resolution.
- Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc.
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, telesales or field sales
- Skills: strong communication, negotiation, and CRM familiarity
- Location: must reside in Lekki Island areas (Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Oniru)
