Job Description
We are hiring a Clinical Pharmacy Integration Lead to oversee the integration of pharmacy services across clinical settings. You will direct cross-functional teams to implement medication management protocols, streamline workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include leading integration projects, developing clinical pharmacy programs, training staff, monitoring outcomes, and collaborating with physicians and IT on system integration.
- Licensed pharmacist required; PharmD preferred
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience; project management and quality improvement experience
- Experience with EHR integration, strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
