Job Description
Inter-Arc Consultants Limited seeks a full-time Guest Service Representative for our Airport Road eatery in Benin City. Salary up to ₦80,00/month. Preferred qualifications: OND, HND, or B.Sc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
- Required: customer or food-service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, POS and basic computer proficiency, and ability to multitask.
- Responsibilities: warmly greet guests, take orders, manage reservations and online/phone orders, coordinate with the kitchen, handle complaints, maintain service areas, process payments, and support promotions.
