Job Description
Datagridx Telecoms seeks an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our service team, enhance customer experience, and improve retention. You will define strategy, develop operational procedures, manage budgets and resources, analyze performance metrics, and handle escalations.
- Lead hiring, coaching, and empowerment of agents; implement best practices and new technologies.
- Monitor KPIs, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
- Full-time role. Salary from ₦170,00.00 per month.
Requirements: proven managerial experience in customer service or retail, strong leadership and strategic thinking, excellent communication and English proficiency, familiarity with service software and databases, multitasking and troubleshooting skills, and a BS in Business Administration or related field.
