Job Description

H&C Outsourcing Limited seeks a full-time Travel Customer Service Representative based in Dugbe, Ibadan. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and walk-ins; provide information on flights, hotels, tours, and packages; manage bookings, payments, itineraries, and travel documents; advise on visa requirements; resolve complaints professionally; and promote additional services.

• Qualifications: OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field
• Skills: strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities; customer-oriented; proficient in MS Office (booking systems a plus)
• Experience: ideally 2 years in travel customer service
• Compensation: ₦100,00–₦120,00 per month
