Job Description

LBev Nigeria is recruiting a Collections Agent to be based at 134 Awolowo Way, Ikeja. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1:00 PM–2:00 PM break.

• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and resolve disputes and queries.
• Meet individual and team collection targets.
