Job Description
We seek a Project Officer to design and implement prevention and response activities addressing early marriage and sexual and gender-based violence (ESGBV). The role will coordinate community outreach, stakeholder engagement, and case referral systems.
- Plan and lead community mobilization events and capacity-building for volunteers and partners.
- Monitor program implementation, collect and analyze data, and prepare timely reports.
- Ensure survivor-centered, protection-focused approaches and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a related field, minimum two years’ experience in GBV/protection programming, strong communication, facilitation, and data management skills, and the ability to engage diverse communities.
