Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. The successful candidate will manage inquiries, complaints, orders, and reservations promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate information and timely resolution.
- Respond to customers across channels while maintaining high service standards
- Resolve issues, update customer records, and coordinate with other departments
- Follow up to confirm satisfaction and stay current on products and policies
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; fluent English (written and spoken); excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills; proficiency with computer systems; customer service experience preferred.
