We seek a board-eligible or board-certified General Practitioner (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care in a patient-centered outpatient practice. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, delivering preventive services and patient education, managing chronic disease, coordinating referrals with specialists, and maintaining accurate medical records in the EMR. Applicants must hold a valid medical license and demonstrate excellent communication skills and EMR proficiency; board certification and experience in community or outpatient settings are preferred.
