Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Vendor Relations Manager to oversee and enhance relationships with our suppliers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing vendor performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a positive and collaborative partnership.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and develop relationships with key vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. Negotiate and execute vendor contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to assess vendor performance and address any issues.
4. Implement strategies to optimize vendor processes and improve overall efficiency.
5. Conduct regular vendor evaluations, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
6. Resolve conflicts and disputes with vendors in a timely and professional manner.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and vendor landscape.
8. Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual agreements and service level expectations.
9. Communicate effectively with vendors to convey expectations and address concerns.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in vendor relations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain.

Pay: ₦250,00.00 per month
