Job Description

Baker Delicate seeks a Bakery Supervisor (female preferred for gender balance) to manage daily bakery operations. Full-time: Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM. Salary: ₦100,00/month.

• Oversee production, product quality, presentation, and food-safety compliance.
• Schedule, lead, and develop staff; manage inventory and vendor restocking.
• Monitor sales and budgets; handle customer feedback to drive revenue growth.
• Requirements: OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality, Food Science, or related field; minimum 3 years’ bakery or food-service management experience.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
