Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Grants Officer to manage the full grant lifecycle: identifying funding opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, ensuring award compliance, and maintaining donor relationships. The role includes budget development, monitoring expenditures, and preparing timely financial and narrative reports.
- Coordinate with program teams to meet deadlines and donor requirements.
- Monitor compliance and maintain accurate records in grant databases or CRM systems.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and prepare high-quality written materials.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 2 years of grants experience, strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with grant reporting and budgeting.
