Job Description
We seek a Project Officer to lead policy and strategy development for Ending Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (ESGBV) initiatives. The role includes drafting policy briefs, supporting strategy formulation, conducting research and analysis, coordinating with government, donors, and partners, and monitoring implementation and results. The officer will convert evidence into clear policy recommendations and lead advocacy and stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in public policy, gender studies, social sciences, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in GBV or protection programming, with experience in policy development, advocacy, and M&E.
- Skills: Excellent English communication, strong analytical ability, and proven capacity to work in multicultural teams.
