Job Description
Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to lead culture diagnostics and enterprise-wide transformation programs across Nigeria and West Africa. You will advise executives and boards, apply proven change methodologies to embed new behaviors, and ensure measurable organizational impact.
- Lead multi-stakeholder programs, develop proposals, and drive business development.
- Coach and mentor project teams while managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights and creative change interventions.
Qualifications: 10+ years in HR, culture, or change management; bachelor’s degree required (MBA or certifications such as CIPD/CIPM/SHRM preferred); strong analytical, consulting, and prioritization skills; ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
