Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Debt Collector to secure timely loan repayments while preserving positive customer relationships.
- Duties: contact customers via phone, email and SMS; resolve repayment issues; negotiate repayment plans; update accounts; meet recovery targets; adhere to regulations.
- Requirements: strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills; resilience; familiarity with loan products; SSCE/OND/HND/BSc holders; experienced and entry-level applicants welcome.
- Compensation: ₦65,00 basic salary plus performance bonus (₦20,00–₦200,00) and weekly airtime.
- Walk-in interviews: Nov 21–28, 2025 at 10:00 AM, 20/22 Olarenwaju St, Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos. Residents of Iyana-Ipaja should bring a CV.
