Job Description
We seek a NOC Engineer to provide 24/7 monitoring, incident detection, and first-line troubleshooting for routers, switches, firewalls, and core network services. Using NMS/SNMP, syslog, and ticketing systems, you will identify, document, escalate, and resolve network incidents and support change management processes.
- Minimum 2 years NOC or network support experience
- Proficient in TCP/IP, routing, and switching; CCNA or equivalent preferred
- Able to work shifts, participate in on-call rotations, and communicate clearly with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a team
