Job Description
Good Neighbours Microfinance Bank is seeking a diligent Branch Operations Officer to oversee daily branch transactions and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include opening and maintaining savings, current, fixed deposit and loan accounts; processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan repayments; posting transactions accurately in the core banking system; maintaining vault balances, teller proof sheets and complete documentation; and adhering to CBN, AML/CFT and internal policies.
- Provide professional customer service, resolve inquiries and complaints, assist with forms, and cross-sell products.
- Process and book loans accurately.
- Qualifications: OND/HND/BSc (any field), 1–2 years banking operations experience (microfinance preferred), strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
