Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent service, quality, safety, and profitability. You will recruit, train, and mentor managers and staff; implement operational standards, inventory controls, and cost-management practices; and analyze sales and P&L reports to set and achieve performance targets. Drive local marketing efforts and guest satisfaction initiatives while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
- Requirements: 5+ years in restaurant management; multi-unit experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, analytical, and communication skills; ability to travel between sites and work a flexible schedule.
