Job Description
An NGO seeks a disciplined Clinic Compliance Officer to oversee GEANCO-supported clinics in Enugu. This part-time role offers NGN 75,00–150,00 and requires a licensed RN or RM with a degree and at least three years’ relevant experience. The officer will ensure adherence to clinical, administrative, and regulatory standards through staff monitoring, spot-checks of registers and inventories, clear documentation, and escalation of non-compliance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly compliance reports and coordinate corrective actions with the Midwife and Clinic Supervisor.
- Manage records, optimize client flow, train new staff on SOPs and professional conduct, maintain cleanliness and safety, and provide telemedicine support.
- Working hours: rotating schedule.
