Job Description
Workinnigeria seeks a full-time, permanent Customer Service Representative for the Food & Beverage sector in Ikoyi. Salary: ₦180,00–₦200,00/month.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media; delivering accurate product and policy information; resolving complaints with professionalism and empathy; documenting interactions in the CRM; escalating complex issues; meeting response-time and customer satisfaction targets; and supporting onboarding.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2–3 years customer service experience; excellent verbal and written communication; strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Technical skills: CRM, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace proficiency. Preferred: experience in fast-paced environments, teamwork, and thorough documentation skills.
