The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance, identifying and managing legal risks, and providing clear legal guidance to project teams.

• LL.B degree and admission to practice
• Proven experience with construction contracts and dispute avoidance
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills with strong commercial awareness
