Job Description
Ashogbon Farms seeks a proactive Farm Supervisor to manage daily operations at our Ogun State facility. The Supervisor will oversee farm personnel, coordinate crop and livestock activities, monitor growth and health, maintain production and inventory records, enforce safety and environmental standards, and report to management.
- Qualifications: OND/HND or B.Sc. in Agriculture or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory farm role; strong leadership and familiarity with modern farming practices and equipment.
- Requirement: Willingness to reside in or relocate to Ogun State.
- Benefits: ₦80,00–₦100,00/month, provided accommodation, performance incentives, and career development. Full-time position.
