Job Description

Midnight City Lagos is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to support kitchen leadership and ensure exceptional service during peak hours.

• Assist the Head Chef with daily operations and menu execution
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff; uphold quality and presentation standards
• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance; monitor inventory levels
• Support food preparation and quality control

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and solid culinary knowledge.

Schedule: 6 days/week, 7:00 PM–5:00 AM. Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. Salary: ₦150,00–₦250,00 per month.
