Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Personnel to preserve the hotel’s facilities, systems, and equipment. The successful candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Repair or replace faulty fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, schedules, and inventory.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist with event setup and provide technical support to other departments.
- Maintain an organized workshop and report major issues to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager.
