The role involves supervising staff, managing procurement and POS systems, creating promotions, analyzing financial performance, and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; minimum 5 years’ supermarket management experience; proven success in sales and cost control; strong leadership and communication skills; proficiency with retail management software.
