We are seeking an experienced Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer to lead property valuations, manage a mixed portfolio, and deliver accurate market and investment reports. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, preparing valuation reports, advising on acquisitions and disposals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate holds a degree in surveying or real estate, MRICS or equivalent preferred, with at least 8 years of valuation experience. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in valuation software and market research. Ability to build client relationships and work independently is essential.
