Job Description

We are seeking a motivated coach to lead an under-20 club in Lagos. This role is available on a full-time, temporary, or contract basis and offers ₦80,00 – ₦100,00 per month. Responsibilities include organizing and delivering training sessions, conducting trial evaluations, coordinating matchday logistics, and managing the team through the league season. Ideal candidates have youth coaching experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a demonstrated commitment to player development and welfare. The successful applicant will foster a safe, positive environment that promotes technical, tactical, and personal growth for young athletes.
