Job Description

A Virtual Sales Representative is a remote position responsible for promoting and selling products or services online. As a Virtual Sales Representative, your primary role is to reach out to potential customers through various virtual channels, such as social media platforms, emails, and online chat forums.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads and identifying potential customers
  • Providing product or service information to interested individuals
  • Conducting virtual presentations or demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of the offerings
  • Negotiating and closing deals with potential customers
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
